Yangyang (pronounces as "YAHN YAHN") studied law and obtained her J.D. degree at the George Washington University Law School (Washington D.C.). Yangyang was a two-term judicial intern for Judge Noel Johnson at D.C. superior court. During her judicial internship, Yangyang observed the judicial decision-making process and honed her legal research and writing skills. After her graduation from GW law, Yangyang went to New York City and worked for a mid-size firm, where she provided legal assistance on real estate transactions, business formation, and tax planning. During Covid-19, Yangyang followed her Texan husband to Austin, Texas. In February 2022, she joined THEVOZ & Partners, Austin office.
In her free time, Yangyang volunteers with Volunteer Legal Services-Central Texas and Georgetown Animal Shelter (Feline Department). She also enjoys bouldering, escape rooms, and spending time with her family.
