Alban Matthey is a partner at THEVOZ & Partners in Lausanne. He has developed a practice mainly oriented on defending the interests of individuals and legal entities in complex civil and criminal litigation in the commercial and contractual fields. He also represents the interests of companies and private individuals in asset recovery proceedings (assets freezing/sequestration and enforcement proceedings), involving notably the recognition of foreign judgments or arbitral awards. He acts on behalf of his clients before the Swiss courts and authorities.

Alban Matthey has also developed a specific practice related to disputes between physicians and health insurers and represents his clients before Conciliation Commissions and Arbitral Courts. Having worked for several years as a clerk at Devision II (economy, competition and education) of the Federal Administrative Court, Alban Matthey has also developed an extensive experience in administrative law and advises his clients in the context of federal or cantonal administrative proceedings.
