Glenn Ross Pendleton is a licensed attorney in the State of Hawai‘i and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawai‘i. As an associate attorney, Glenn brings substantial experience in civil litigation, including federal regulatory compliance, complex commercial litigation, and condominium association dispute resolution. Glenn has experience conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, participating in mediations, and representing clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings. He has successfully settled long-standing cases by finding common ground for the parties to end their decade-long disputes. He has experience in drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements, as well as direct communication with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies to advocate for favorable outcomes.

Glenn received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
