Sandra Ezri works as Of Counsel for the law firm THEVOZ & Partners. With over twenty years of experience working at financial institutions and law firms in Switzerland and London, Sandra Ezri has developed extensive expertise in Swiss and international financial law, with a particular focus on investment funds and asset managers. She supports financial institutions by providing high-level strategic regulatory advice, assists them in launching and structuring new products, and guides them through the process of obtaining licenses and authorizations from the relevant authorities. Drawing on her extensive cross-border experience gained in the United Kingdom, Ms. Ezri handles international legal and regulatory matters for her clients, including those involving Swiss law. This dual Swiss-English background has enabled her to advise major industry players—banks, asset managers, and investment funds—operating across multiple jurisdictions, offering them tailored, pragmatic, and seamlessly coordinated legal and regulatory solutions.
Sandra Ezri is also specialized in data protection and holds the CIPP/E certificate from the International Association of Privacy Practitioners (IAPP). She provides data protection advice to Swiss and international companies in all sectors. She helps her clients to comply with current regulations (Swiss, European and English), to set up the required regulatory and contractual documentation, and to manage their governance obligations. In particular, she offers data protection audits, external data protection consultant services and employees training. Sandra also advises clients on commercial and contractual law matters, supporting them throughout the life cycle of their business. This includes setting up terms and conditions for their websites, and drafting contracts with their customers, partners and service providers. Sandra Ezri’s working languages are French and English.
