Olivier Francioli is a partner at THEVOZ & Partners in Lausanne. He has developed a practice mainly oriented towards litigation in commercial and contractual matters, as well as in the field of intellectual property and economic crime. He assists companies and individuals before the courts in complex civil and arbitration proceedings and also represents them before the criminal and administrative authorities. Mr. Francioli also advises Swiss and international clients on all aspects of corporate life (including the incorporation of companies, drafting of shareholders' agreements, reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts, and all labor law issues). He furthermore has extensive expertise in specific areas related to medical practice, including litigation involving claims by insurers against independent physicians or nurses (polypragmasie), as well as the contractual aspects of relationships between physicians and clinics or healthcare centers (including the review of collaboration agreements). Mr. Francioli's working languages are French and English.
